不同社区卫生服务机构护理人员培训需求及培训模式探讨

Demands and Models of Community Nurses Training in Different Community Health Organizations

目的探讨城市和乡镇不同社区卫生服务机构的护理人员的培训需求,为社区护理人员培训模式的制定提供理论依据。方法对唐山市48家社区卫生服务机构的334名社区护士进行调查,分析市区社区卫生服务中心与乡镇社区卫生服务站社区护士培训需求的差异。结果市区社区卫生服务中心与乡镇社区卫生服务站的社区护士在期望参加的培训项目、期望的培训形式、期望培训的时间、期望理论与实践学习比例的分布上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。选择分层培训的方法对社区护士进行培训,培训后89.2%(298/334)的护士认为培训工作更新了护士的服务理念,82.3%(275/334)认为加强了理论知识,54.5%(182/334)认为增加了实践工作能力,45.5%(152/334)认为改变了知识结构。结论应开展符合不同社区护理人员的培训项目,建立分区域分层培训制度,进一步完善社区护理培训体系。

Objective To explore the training demands of community nurses in community heakh centers （CHCs） and community health stations （CHSs）. Methods A total of 334 nurses were randomly selected from 48 community health organizations and surveyed with questionnaire. Results Significant difference was observed between the CHC and CHS nurses in expected training content, format, duration, theory - practice proportion （P 〈0. 05）. Through tiered training, 89. 2% （298/ 334） of the nurses believed they had innovated service concept, 82. 3% （275/334） believed they had enhanced theoretical knowledge, 54. 5% （182/334） had improved practical skills, and 45.5% （152/334） had transformed knowledge structure. Conclusion Tiered training schemes should be established according to the training demands of the community nurses.
