摘要
目的了解和评价杭州地区12家医院氟喹诺酮类药物的使用情况。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对杭州地区12家医院2009—2011年氟喹诺酮类药物的医嘱条目数、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果各年度医嘱条数和销售金额比较差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为537.70和21.33,P<0.05);2010年医嘱条数和销售金额都是最高的,2009年最低。三种给药途径(口服、注射、外用)下氟喹诺酮类药物销售金额间差异有统计学意义(χ2=2 326.03,P<0.05),注射剂型的销售金额始终排第一位,但口服给药的销售金额的构成比由2009年的23.36%(254.40/1 088.88)上升至2011年的27.43%(335.17/1 222.14),注射给药则相反,其构成比由2009年的71.27%(776.07/1 088.88)逐渐下降至2011年的66.43%(811.91/1 222.14)。左氧氟沙星的销售金额、DDDs均位于首位,莫西沙星的销售金额、DDDs和DDC的年均增长均为正增长。结论杭州地区氟喹诺酮类药物的使用正趋向合理,但还应继续加强其使用监管。
Objective To evaluate the condition of application of fluoroquinolones in 12 hospitals in Hangzhou region. Methods By a retrospective study the use of fluoroquinolones was statistically analyzed in terms of the number of prescriptions, drug consumption sum, defined daily doses (DDDs) and defined daily cost (DDC) in 12 hospitals in Hangzhou region from 2009 to 2011. Results The numbers of prescriptions and sale sums among different years showed significant differences (X2 =537.70, 21.33, P 〈0. 05), with those in 2010 being the highest and those in 2009 being lowest, and those in 2011 being lower slightly than those in 2010. The sale amount of fluoroquinolones among oral, injective and externally - applied forms showed a significant difference (X2 = 2 326.03, P 〈 0. 05 ). Of which the sale amount of injective form ranked first, the constituent ratio of the sale amount of oral form went up from 23.36% (254.40/1 088. 88) in 2009 to 27.43% (335.17/1 222. 14) in 2011, but the sale mount went clown from 71.27% (776. 07/1 088.88) in 2009 to 66.43% (811.91/1 222. 14) in 2011. Both the sale amount and DDDs of fluoroquinolones ranked first, and the sale amount, DDDs and DDC of moxifloxacin, were increasing year by year. Conclusion The use of fluoroquinolones in Hangzhou area tends to be reasonable, nevertheless, the supervision to its use should continually strengthened.
