加强社团建设,促进高职院校学生全面发展

Strengthening Construction of Organizations and Promoting Comprehensive Development of Vocational College students

当前高职院校学生社团在大学生思想政治教育和繁荣校园文化等方面发挥着重要作用,其基本类型有:兴趣爱好型、知识学术和专业技能型、公益服务型,在促进学生全面发展方面具有提升思想道德、专业素质和能力等方面的积极作用。但是由于经费和管理等原因,高职院校学生社团还存在一些不足。为了更好地促进其作用的发挥,可以从发展高职特色学生社团、加大对学生社团的投入和管理以及正确引导等几个方面着手进行。

The current college student organizations have played an important role in ideological and political education and prosperity of campus culture. The basic types fall into hobbies, knowledge - based academy and professional skills, public services. Although they may improve moral, professional qualities and abilities in promoting comprehensive devel- opments, there are some deficiencies in funding and management. In order to better play its role in promoting the development, featured organizations, increase of investment and management, and proper guidance are needed.
