健美操教学中应用念动练习法的实验研究

摘要 实验随机选取了江苏联合职业技术学院连云港财经分院2011级会计电算化专业60名女生作为实验对象,并将她们分成两组(一组30人),对比组采用常规教学法讲授健美操,而实验组则在常规教学法的基础之上应用念动教学法。实验结果发现:念动教学法的教学效果不但优于常规教学法,而且还能加快学生掌握动作,增强其对动作的记忆能力,节省体力消耗,提高学生学习的积极性等优点。 The experiment selected 60 female students randomly from 2011 accounting major of Finance and Economics Branch of Lianyungang, Jiangsu Union Technical Institute. They were divided 2 groups, 30 per group. The controlled group adapted conventional teaching method in body building exercises, while the experimental group adapted motion - training method. The findings showed that the latter is not only superior to the former, but also accelerate the students to grasp main points, enhance their memory capacities, save energy consumption and improve students' motivation to study.
