摘要 骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种退行性关节病变,表现为关节软骨的渐进性破坏、关节软骨基质软化并失去弹性,和软骨下骨的硬化或囊性变及骨赘形成。其临床表现为关节疼痛、畸形和关节功能降低,从而导致活动功能障碍及生活质量下降。已有的研究表明,肥胖在OA的发生发展中起着很重要的作用,但其确切作用机制尚不完全明了。 Osteoarthritis (OA) is a degenerative joint disease, which is mainly characterized by progressive destruction of articular cartilage, matrix of articular cartilage softening and loss of elasticity, and the subohondral bone sclerosis or cystic change and ostcophyte formation.The clinical manifestations for joint pain, deformity and joint function is reduced, which leads to a decrease in quality function and activities of daily living.Previous studies have shown that obesity plays a very important role in the occurrence and development of OA, but its exact mechanism of action is still not completely clear.
