Nowadays,the trend of multi-polarization has become increasingly obvious,relations among the big nations are undergoing profound adjustments,and the new international structure is in the making.Development is still the key to settle all problems.Pursuing peace and development and resolving major issues facing mankind needs not only the joint efforts of countries but also intellectual support of think tanks.The historical mission of think tanks is to 'share mankind wisdom,seek global development.'
