世界经济已经非常分化和多元化,目前已经进入一个调整期,正在寻找将来发展的新驱动力,基础设施的融资正是这种经济发展的驱动力。各国需要加强团结,建立一种新的治理方式、机制,来促进国家之间协作。
Having been divided and diversified obviously,the world economy is entering a period of adjustment and seeking new driving forces for the future development.And infrastructure financing is such a force for this kind of economic development.Countries in the world should strengthen solidarity and build a new governance mechanism or pattern to promote cooperation among nations,no matter in G20 or in the Doha Round negotiations.
