Problems Needing Attention in the Process of China's Urbanization

人口在经济增长中发挥了重要作用,人口与全球的和平和稳定有直接的关系。中国的城市化进程应注意三方面的问题:一是城市化不能采取抵押的方式进行;二是过去的城市化方式不可持续;三是城镇化不是政府搞出来的。

Population plays an important role in the international economy centers,and has a direct relationship with global peace and stability.There are three problems needing attention in the process of China's urbanization:firstly,urbanization cannot be advanced by means of mortgage options;secondly,the way of urbanization in the past is unsustainable;thirdly,urbanization cannot be made by government.
