With continuous development of economic globalization and unprecedented development of international trade,economies of all countries have been closely linked.G20 has been put into historical stage as a result.Recently,shadow banking problems arise in our country.In order to cultivate and improve China's capital markets,we should consummate the relevant laws and regulations further,and push forward reform of the financial factor.
