人类在未来的文明发展过程中首先面临的不是能源资源短缺问题,而是环境容量的制约问题。能源价格是影响经济发展的重要因素,在发展清洁能源的同时,要着重提高常规能源利用效率。本文对我国未来电力技术和能源发展方式提出了几点思考。

Mankind will first face environmental capacity constraints rather than the shortage of natural resources and energy in the future development of human civilization.As energy price is one of the key factors that influence economic development,it's urgent for mankind to improve the utilization efficiency of conventional energy while developing clean energy.This paper puts forward several ponders on China's future electricity technology and energy development pattern.
