二甲双胍联合罗格列酮治疗2型糖尿病的临床研究

Clinical study of rosiglitazone combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes

目的观察二甲双胍联合罗格列酮治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法将90例患者随机分为两组，观察组给予二甲双胍联合罗格列酮治疗；对照组给予二甲双胍治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果空腹血清胰岛素（FINS）水平观察组治疗后明显低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。FINS水平对照组治疗后与治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组和对照组FINS比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论二甲双胍联合罗格列酮具有良好的降糖效果。罗格列酮在降低血糖的同时，也能降低FINS水平。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of rosiglitazone combined with metformin on type 2 diabetes. Methods Ninety patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group received rosiglitazone combined with metformin; control group was given metformin. The efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The FINS in the observation group were significantly lower than be- fore （P 〈 0.05 ）, the difference was statistically significant. But FINS level in the control group had no significant difference （P 〉 O. 05 ） , FINS in the observation group and the control group had statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Rosiglitazone combined with metformin can play a good hypoglycemic effect. Rosiglitazone can not only lower blood glucose, but also decline the leve of FINS 1.
