摘要
随着国有企业风险管控工作的开展,对于风险管控体系的有效性的探讨也提上日程。如何使风险管控体系与日常管理体系更有效的融合,如何使风险管控体系围绕提升股东经济价值的战略目标来运作成为当前风险管控工作的重点。文章通过搭建管理控制系统的平台来研究国有企业风险管控体系的落地模式,使风险管控体系和管理体系在企业战略目标实施中对接。
Along with the state-owned enterprise risk control＇s working, the study of the validity for the state-owned enterprise＇s risk control system is also on the agenda. How to make a risk control system and daily management system more effective fusion？ How to run into the risk control system to enhance shareholder value around the strategic target is the current risk management＇s focus. In this paper, through building management control system platform to study state-owned enterprise risk control system of the landing pattern, make the risk control system and management system in the enterprise strategic target implementation in docking.
