科技产业园设计策略初探——以苏州太湖科技产业园城市设计为例

Preliminary Discussion on the Strategies of Technology Industrial Park Planning:A Case Study of the Design of Taihu Technology Industrial Park in Suzhou

随着全球经济一体化的发展及我国对经济增长的需求,科技产业园的建设越来越受到重视。该文结合我国科技产业园区现存的发展及建设问题,对科技产业园设计策略进行了一定程度的探讨,提出在规划设计中应贯彻"统筹整合、产业导向、生态先行"三项策略;同时以苏州太湖科技产业园城市设计为例,分析科技产业园设计过程中这三项策略在功能定位、产业选择、规划概念、支撑系统、空间形态等多方面的应用,以期为其他类似规划设计提供一定启示与借鉴。

With the development of global economic integration and economic growth demanded in China, increasing concerns are putting on the constructions of technology industrial park. Based on the existing problems of the development and construction of technology industrial park, the paper discussed the strategies of urban design that towards technology industrial park to some extent, proposed three design strategies, including all-factors -integrated, industry- oriented, ecology-first, should be implemented in the planning. In the hope of providing inspiration to other similar plans, it takes the design of Taihu technology industrial park in Suzhou as an example to analyze the applications of design strategies in functional position, industry selection, planning concept, support system, spatial layout during the design process.
