响应曲面法优化Fenton氧化处理油墨废水 被引量:11

Optimization of Printing-ink Wastewater Treatment by Fenton Oxidation Using Response Surface Methodology

摘要 采用Fenton氧化对油墨废水处理进行研究,选取初始pH值、H2O2投加量及FeSO4投加量为自变量,以废水的COD去除率为响应值,通过Box-Behnken设计方法进行实验设计,设计了3因素、3水平包括17个实验点的实验方案。采用响应面分析法对实验结果进行模拟及分析,建立了COD去除率与3个自变量关系的二次多项式数学模型,研究了各自变量及其交互作用对油墨废水COD去除率的影响。结果表明,pH值、H2O2投加量及FeSO4投加量与COD去除率存在显著的相关性。确定Fenton氧化优化条件:初始pH值2.7,H2O2投加量779 mg/L,FeSO4投加量806 mg/L。在该优化条件下,废水的COD去除率可达84.2%。经实验验证,实际值与模型预测值拟合性良好,偏差仅为1.66%。 Fenton oxidation was employed to treat the printing-ink wastewater.Initial pH value,H2O2 dosage and FeSO4 dosage were selected as independent variables,and removal rate of COD of wastewater as the response value.Box-Behnken Design method was employed for the experimental design,of which an experimental matrix of three-factorial,three-level experimental design consisting of 17 experimental runs was obtained.Experimental results were simulated and analyzed by response surface methodology.A quadratic polynomial equation was established for describing the relationship between COD removal rate and three independent variables.The analysis of individual and interactive effects of the three variables on responses was conducted in accordance with the simulated equation.Response surface analysis results demonstrate that the selected factors had significant correlation with the removal rate of COD of printing-ink wastewater.The optimum conditions of Fenton oxidation were determined to be initial pH value 2.7,H2O2 dosage 779 mg/L and FeSO4 dosage 806 mg/L.The removal rate of COD of wastewater was up to 84.2% under the optimal conditions.The experimental values agreed with the predicted values of the model equation with 1.66% deviation only.
