摘要
以甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)为单体,以甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为潜交联剂,制备具有吸油性能的共聚甲基丙烯酸酯纤维,探讨了该纤维对油类有机化合物三氯乙烯(TCE)的吸附动力学和吸附热力学。结果表明:聚甲基丙烯酸正丁酯纤维对TCE的吸附能力随温度的升高明显增强;聚甲基丙烯酸正丁酯纤维对三氯乙烯的动力学吸附行为符合准二级吸附动力学方程;热力学吸附行为符合Langmuir及Freundlich吸附热力学等温方程,但对于Langmuir吸附热力学等温方程的符合程度更好,△G值为正说明该吸附过程是自发的吸热反应。
The copolymethacrylate fiber with oil absorptive performance was prepared with poly n-butyl methacrylate(PBMA) as monomer and hydroethyl methacylate(HEMA) as potential crosslinking agent.The absorptive kinetics and thermodynamics of the copolymethacrylate fiber to trichlorethylene were studied.The absorbing capacity of copolymethacrylate fiber to trichloroethylene(TCE) was improved with the rise of temperature.The kinetic studies indicated that the adsorption of the copolymethacrylate fiber was in consistent with a pseudo second order kinetic equation,and thermodynamic studies indicated that the absorption behavior could be described by Langmuir and Freundlich equations,but Langmuir equation was more applicable.The activation Gibbs free energy △G indicated that the adsorption was a spontaneous and decalescence adsorption process.
