一种DC-DC电源芯片的PFC控制器设计

摘要 设计了一款结合PFC/PWM的功率因数校正控制器,构建了整个实用的350 W高功率因数、高性能和高可靠离线电源,PFC采用脉冲上升沿控制,而PWM采用脉冲下降沿控制。这种Boost功率因数校正转换器与脉宽调控转换器二合一的高集成度解决方案,系统工作性能良好,元件数量明显减少,缩短设计周期,降低成本。 A PFC controller was designed for DC-DC purpose.Combined with PWM controller,a single chip 350 W off-line power solution was implemented with high PFC,high performance and high reliability.The total converter system was base on architecture issue and circuit implementation.The PFC function was controlled by positive edge of pulse,and the PWM function was controlled by negative edge.The single chip with time-saving & cost-cut performs well and its off-chip related components were reduced.
