全固态薄膜锂电池的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 薄膜锂电池具有良好的集成兼容性和优异的电化学性能,成为微电子机械系统(MEMS)和超大规模集成电路(VLSI)能源微型化、集成化的最佳选择电源。介绍了薄膜锂电池的结构特征和应用前景,重点分析了国内外研究现状、发展趋势和关键技术,并对开展该项技术研究提出了建议和展望。 Thin film lithium batteries are expected as the best power of micro-electro-mechanic system(MEMS) and very large scale integration(VLSI),as they possess of excellent integrated compatibility and electrochemical performance.Inhere,the structural characters and application prospects of thin film batteries were introduced,and the foreign and domestic research status,development progresses and key technologies were reviewed.In the end,the exploring advice and prospects of the thin film lithium batteries were also presented.
