颅脑外伤患者阵发性交感神经兴奋综合征的护理 被引量：9

Nursing for traumatic brain injury patients with paroxysmal sympathetic nervesyndrome

摘要 目的探讨颅脑外伤患者中出现阵发性交感神经综合征的观察和护理。方法回顾性分析46例阵发性交感神经兴奋综合征的临床资料。结果治愈及好转出院39例,死亡7例。结论密切观察病情变化,通过药物治疗高热,降低高血压及颅高压的护理,做好基础护理避免各种外界刺激等,及时控制了自主神经系统紊乱所表现出的症状,取得了良好的效果。
