摘要
针对某光伏企业废水处理站工艺路线不合理、处理能力不足、出水不达标等问题,采用物化沉淀—水解酸化—MBR工艺进行改造,在基本不增加构筑物的前提下,将处理能力由不足1 000 m3/d提升至1 320 m3/d。连续监测表明,在冬季低温条件下,进水COD在2 000~4 000 mg/L范围(平均2 882 mg/L),出水COD基本能保持在100mg/L以下(平均58 mg/L)。改造后处理站运行稳定,出水水质优良可靠。
Aiming at the problems, such as irrationality of process route, treatment deficiency, effluent not reaching standard, etc., of a photovohaic wastewater treatment station in an interprise, the modification has been carried out by physiochemical sedimentation-hydrolysis acidification-MBR process. On the premise of basically not increasing new structures, the treatment efficiency is increased from less than 1 000 m3/d to 1 320 m3/d. The continuous moni- toring shows that the influent COD can be kept in a range of 2 000--4 000 mg/L (averagely 2 882 mg/L), at low winter temperature. The effluent COD can basically be kept at less than 100 mg/L (averagely 58 mg/L). After the modifica- tion, the treatment station runs stably and its water quality is excellent and reliable.
