摘要
霍尔木兹海峡对中国来说是非常重要的能源战略通道,但其安全状况目前却受到海洋大国、地区冲突和战争、岛屿争端、海上恐怖主义、自然环境等多种因素影响,从而对中国进口石油的稳定供应和运输安全都造成了一定的不利后果。对此中国应高度重视,并采取切实有效的综合措施,建立起直接或间接的海峡安全保障体系,实现海峡通道的和平利用,从而确保进口石油供应和运输安全以及中国对中东贸易的顺利进行。
The Strait of Hormuz, a strategic energy chokepoint, has been under threat from maritime superpowers, local conflicts and war, island disputes, sea terrorism, environmental factors, etc. , which has constituted a severe challenge to China＇ s imported oil supply and shipping security. China should take comprehensive measures to address this issue, including building direct and indirect strait security systems, to enable the strait to be used peacefully for oil shipping and trade between China and the Middle East.
