中英住房“限购”政策比较研究

Comparative Study on the Property Purchase Restriction Policy of UK and PRC

本文采用比较研究的方法分析中英两国限购政策的异同。文章首先分析了两国的政策背景,指出中英两国限购政策具有共通点和可比性,然后重点从动力来源、管控体制和具体措施等方面对两国限购政策进行了对比,最后结合英国经验对我国现行的住房限购政策提出四点建议,力求为我国住房政策制定、学术研究提供参考。

er is to launch a comparative study of the property purchase restriction of UK and China. The discus- sion begins with the analysis of the policy background of the two countries, reveals the common points and comparabili- ty. Then the motion, regulation system and particular measures of the property purchase restriction of two countries are in- troduced and compared. Finally, based on the experience of UK four suggestions are provided, which tries to bring refer- ence to the housing policy making and academic research.
