基于文化视域的高职教育内涵发展研究

On Intensive Development of Higher Professional Education from Perspective of Culture

改革开放以来,我国高等职业教育快速发展,学校规模和在校生人数已占据高等教育的半壁江山。从政策地位、发展模式和发展预期看,高职教育尚未确立起与其类型定位相当的文化吸引力和影响力。要推动高职教育内涵发展,除切实加强政策推进力度外,最为关键的是要引入文化的发展视域,从文化自信入手,增加高职教育的道路自信、理论自信和制度自信,走创新发展之路。

Since reform and opening-up, China＇s higher professional education has been advancing rapidly. It accounts for nearly half of Chinese education in size and enrollment. However, the higher professional education hasn＇t shaped an attractive and influential image corresponding with its status in terms of policy preferences, developing mode and expectation. It is essential that culture element shall be introduced, in addition to enhancing the implementations of policy, to promote the intensive development of higher professional education. Thus, an innovative way characterized by cultural confidence has to be explored. Specifically, the cultural confidence of higher professional education reflects in its path, theory and system.
