Various types of RH ladle lifting are introduced,according to different forms of actuating mechanism, they are divided into hydraulic form and electrical form; according to makeup of equipment, they are divided into single hydraulic cylinder lifting, double hydraulic cylinders lifting, winding lifting and four hydraulic cylinders lifting. Some analysis through comparison are putted forward as well as some basic principles which need to be followed during selection of RH ladle lifting type is summarized. It will be help to deepen the understanding of RH process and provide reference for steel enterprises＇ design and mode selection.
