摘要
对砖混结构中底层承重拆除改造技术进行讨论，介绍了一种安全、方便的拆除方法──夹持法，通过实例证实了该方法的优越性，在改造施工同时进行了测试，并分析了测试结果．
Removal technique of bearing bride wall on first floor in brick-concrete structure is discussed in this paper. A holding method is introducted, which is secure and convenient for removing bearing brick wall. Advantages of this method are demonstrated by one example. The testing results which are obtained when the wall on first floor is removed are analysed.
