浅谈阳虚型干燥综合征与温阳归元法

Disscussion on sjogrens＇ syndrome of Yang deficiency and the method of warming kidney

在干燥综合征（sjogrens’syn-drome，SS）的临床治疗中，大部分医者认为重于阴虚燥证，治以养阴润燥。其实阳气为人体津液生成、代谢、动力之本，在SS的发病和预后中有重要作用。笔者认为，阳虚寒燥证因水、气与火不归元是根本，治宜温阳归元。温阳归元法多用引火汤加减治疗，并结合适当配伍。
