肿瘤患者术后切口愈合不良的换药体会

Dressing Experience of Tumour Patients with Postoperative Infection

目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏换药配合护理干预在肿瘤患者切口愈合不良中的应用效果。方法:将78例肿瘤手术切口愈合不良的患者随机分为2组,对照组患者按照传统外科换药方法处理,观察组患者使用湿润烧伤膏进行换药并进行护理干预,比较2组的效果。结果:对照组患者Ⅰ期愈合率为76.9%(30/39),观察组患者Ⅰ期愈合率为97.4%(38/39),2组间差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);对照组患者伤口愈合时间为18.5±3.8天,观察组患者的伤口愈合时间为12.4±2.3天,2组间差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:在肿瘤患者手术切口愈合不良中应用湿润烧伤膏换药效果明显优于传统外科换药方法,值得临床推广。

Objective：To discuss the application effect of moisture exposed burn ointment combined with nursing intervention in post- operative infection of tumour patients. Methods ：78 cases of tumour patients were selected and divided into two groups. In control group, 39 patients were treated by traditional methods. In observation group, 39 patients were treated by moisture exposed burn ointment com- bined with nursing intervention. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results：The first intention rate of control group was 76.9%（30/39） and the observation group was 97.4% （38/39） （ p 〈 0. 05）. The wound healing time of the two groups were （ 18.5 ± 3.8） d and （12.4 ±2.3 ） d, respeetively （p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The effeet of moisture exposed burn ointment combined with nursing inter- vention is better than traditional method. It is worth for generalization.
