摘要
目的：探讨老年肺炎的特点及诊治措施。方法：选取2011年-2012年间我院老年肺炎患者50例，分析其临床特点，总结诊治体会。结果：本组经积极治疗治疗治愈47例，死亡2例，死于多脏器功能衰竭；自动出院1例。结论：老年肺炎临床特点不典型，临床医师应结合辅助检查综合分析，积极治疗。
Objective： To investigate the characteristic and diagnose treatment of senium pneumonic. Methods： The data of 50 cases with senium pneumonic were analyzed ,and the clinical diagnose and treatment summarized. Results： There were 47 cases with curling and 2 cases with death, and there was 1 case with automatic discharge from hospital. Conclusion： The clinical characteristic of senium pneumonic is not classic, so clinician should analyzed aggregately according to auxiliary examination and to treated actively.
