摘要
目的：探讨手术室护理工作中细节的重要性。方法：选取2010年8月～2012年9月本院手术病房住院病人138例，在手术治疗前后，手术配合护士都采用了积极的细节护理方法。结果：所有手术患者均顺利完成手术，经过观察，护理前后SAS与SDS得分对比差异明显（P〈0．05）。患者术后对于护理的满意度为98．6％。结论：将细节护理运用到手术室护理，提升了护理服务质量与患者满意度，值得推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the importance of the details of the operating room nursing work. Methods ： 138 cases of patients admitted in the surgery wards of our hospital between Aug. 2010 and Sep. 2012 for sugery were reseached. And positive nursing were used befroe and after their surgery. Results： All of the patients completed the successfully. Through our observation, the SAS and SDS scores before and after the surgery have siginicant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The postoperative care satisfaction was 98.6%. Conclusion ： Using the detial nuring in the operation room can improve the service quality and the patient＇s satisfactions, and it is worth spreading.
