综合护理对小儿反复呼吸道感染的影响

Impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection

目的探讨小儿反复呼吸道感染的原因及临床护理效果。方法将2009年10月～2011年9月期间在我院门诊就诊的2398例呼吸道感染患儿根据护理方法的不同分为观察组及对照组(n=1199),对照组患儿采用常规的护理措施,观察组患儿实施综合护理,比较两组患儿的护理结果。结果观察组与对照组比较,发热、咳嗽、鼻塞、咽喉扁桃体充血等症状体征的消失时间均明显较短,并发症发生率明显较低,家长满意度明显较高,两组间的差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对反复呼吸道感染患儿实施综合护理能够使其康复时间明显缩短,降低并发症发生率,家长满意度得到了显著的提升。

Objective To investigate the causes of recurrent respiratory infection in children and the effect of clinicalnursing. Methods A total of 2398 cases of respiratory infection were selected from 2009 October to 2011 September inour hospital outpatient department, they were divided into the observation group and the control group according todifferent nursing methods （re=1199）, the control group were treated with routine nursing measures, the observationgroup were given comprehensive nursing. Nursing outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group compared with the control group, the disappearing time of fever, cough, sore throat, nasal congestionand other symptoms and signs of the tonsil were significantly shorter, the complication rate was lower, parent satisfaction was significantly higher, the differences between the two groups were significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing can make the recovery time was significantly shorter in children with recurrentrespiratory tract infections, reduce the incidence of complications, parent satisfaction has significantly increased.
