摘要
杨浦大桥与南浦大桥之间黄浦江沿岸地区土地的合理置换 ,是面向 2 1世纪的上海城市建设与发展的一项重大课题 ,已经列入了上海市新的城市总体规划和未来 1 0年的国民经济与社会发展纲要。本文在分析黄浦江沿岸线土地置换目标与问题的基础上 ,重点探讨了土地置换的合理模式 ,包括 :①置换工作的组织 ;②置换资金的筹措和运作 ;③被置换单位的利益补偿 ;
The land use displacement between the Yangpu Bridge and the Nanpu Bridge along the bank of Huangpu River is becoming an important question in the process of urban development in Shanghai. It has been brought into the urban comprehensive planning and the outline of social and economic development in the next 10 years. Based on the target and problems in this process, this paper discusses the rational pattern of land displacement, including its management, finance, operation, benefit compensation, and redevelopment policy.
