文章分析了工业现代化过程中各国政府干预和政府退出的不同情况。参考先进国家的前在经验和西方学者对未来城市的预想 ,结合我国当前实际 ,就 2 1世纪中国的城乡结构演化提出了笔者的初步想法。

After analyzing the governmental intervention and governmental exemption to economy, adopting the prediction on urbanization of advanced countries, the prospect of Chinese urbanization and rural development in the 21st century is outlined by this paper.
