摘要
为了提高设计效率,分析了多学科设计优化过程中的学科耦合信息,利用灵敏度方程计算学科耦合强度,并根据学科耦合强度划分耦合等级,构建了基于耦合强度的模糊设计结构矩阵,用截断、规划和聚合三种方法对基于耦合强度的设计结构矩阵进行解耦规划,优化了各学科的执行顺序,减少了耦合迭代。采用该方法对数学算例进行解耦规划,结果表明了该方法的有效性。
To improve the design efficiency,the interdisciplinary coupled information in the process of Multidisciplinary Design Optimization(MDO)was analyzed.The sensitivity equation was applied to calculate the interdisciplinary coupling strength and to classified the coupled level according to the interdisciplinary coupling strength.Based on the interdisciplinary coupling strength,a Fussy Design Structural Matrix(FDSM)was set up.The methods of truncating,planning and polymerizing were used to plan the decoupling of FDSM,which optimized execution sequence of the various subjects and reduced the coupling iteration.The decoupling of a mathematical example was taken to prove the effectiveness of the above method.
