摘要 针对当前加工中心在线接触式检测方式单一、检测效率低,难以快速、自动地实现复杂工件在加工过程中的检测定位等问题,提出一种加工中心在线复合式检测的原创设计方案。基于非接触和接触式检测原理,设计了可以集成于加工中心刀库的复合式检测装置;通过对工件非接触检测数据的特征提取,并与工件计算机辅助设计进行特征匹配,实现了工件检测定位的自动化;基于所提的复合式检测流程,灵活地选用不同的检测方式,既满足了工件各特征的检测精度要求,又缩短了工件的整体加工检测周期。以三孔工件为检测对象,经复合式检测后,合理地给出了工件各特征的检测结果,表明该设计方案是切实可行的。 The traditional on-line contact inspection method was characterized by single mode and low efficiency and it was difficult to realize fast and automatic inspecting localization for workpiece with complex feature structure.Aiming at these problems,an innovative on-line composite design scheme for machining center was presented.According to the principles of non-contact and contact inspection,a composite inspecting equipment was designed,which could be integrated in the machining library.Furthermore,by extracting non-contract features of inspecting data and matching with Computer Aided Design(CAD)of workpiece,the automatic inspecting localization for workpiece was implemented.Based on the proposed composite inspecting process,different inspecting modes were employed to satisfy the inspecting accuracy demands for different features of workpiece,which significantly improved the on-line inspecting efficiency.Taking the three-hole workpiece as a composite inspecting example,satisfactory inspecting results for different features of workpiece were provided.Results showed that the design plan of composite inspection was valid and feasible.
