摘要
本文利用端氨基超支化聚合物(HBP-NH2)与Zn(NO3)2直接在水溶液中反应生成纳米ZnO沉积到棉织物中,以实现对棉织物的功能化整理,探讨了其机理,测试了整理后棉织物的抗菌和抗紫外性能,并对整理的棉织物进行了表征。结果表明:HBP-NH2具有多重作用,有助于纳米ZnO的制备和性能提升;整理后的棉织物具有优异的抗紫外性能和一定的抗菌性能,并且其UPF值和抑菌率都随着ZnO含量的增加而上升。
For the functional finishing of cotton fabrics, this paper presents a method of fabricating ZnO nanoparticles and depositing them on cotton fabric based on the interaction between HBP-NH2 and Zn(NO3): in aqueous solution. The mechanism was discussed in detail. The antibacterial activity and UV protective property of treated cotton fabrics were measured. The treated cotton fabrics were characterized. The results indicated that HBP-NH2 contributed to the preparation and performance improvement of ZnO. The treated cotton fabric showed excellent UV protective properties and a certain antibacterial activity. The UPF values and bacterial reduction rates enhanced with the increasing of ZnO content in cotton fabrics.
