当前纺织化学品的安全性问题是影响纺织化学品和染整等行业创新驱动、转型发展的主要障碍之一,因此许多国家对纺织品中禁限用的危害化学品采取了加大力度和加快速度进行立法、制定新标准、加强管理等一系列措施。本文从国内、国外两个市场阐述了2013年上半年纺织化学品中禁限用危害化学品的最新动态,从中可以看出这种趋势。
At present, the safety problem of textile chemicals is one of the main obstacles to influence the innovation-driven and the transformation of development mode in the textile chemicals industry and the dyeing and finishing industry. Therefore, many countries take a series of measures to control prohibited and restricted hazardous chemicals in textile chemicals, including vigorously and quickly improving legislation, establishing standards, strengthening management etc.. The latest developments of the prohibited and restricted hazardous chemicals in textile chemicals in the first half of 2013 at home and abroad were described in this article. From which, this trend can be seen.
