Study on the Fiber Shedding Problem of Wool Carpet

本文通过对羊毛地毯掉毛量的测试,以及分析地毯用羊毛的平均长度、短毛率及纺纱过程各工序羊毛的平均长度、短毛率的变化,探寻造成羊毛脱落的主要原因,并提出多种措施降低毛纱中短毛率,以达到减少地毯掉毛量的目的。

In this paper, the main reasons for fiber shedding occurred in wool carpet were studied. Through testing the fiber shedding quantity and analyzing the influence of fiber and spinning process, some solutions were put forward for reducing short fiber content and improving quality of wool carpet.
