组氨酸三聚体核苷结合蛋白1的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 组氨酸三聚体核苷结合蛋白1(HINT1)是新近发现的一种肿瘤抑制因子。HINT1可以通过多种途径控制多种转录过程,发挥肿瘤抑制作用,涉及Wnt通路、p27KIP1、核因子κB、激活蛋白1和小眼畸形转录因子等,但具体机制尚未完全明确。HINT1在部分肿瘤细胞中的低表达可能与其启动子区超甲基化有关。该文就HINT1的分子结构、启动子区超甲基化现象、抑癌作用及目前发现的作用机制的研究进展予以综述。 Histidine triad nucleotide-binding protein 1(HINT1) is a novel tumor suppressor.HINT1 plays an inhibitory role in several tumors via lots of pathways that control transcriptional processes,including Wnt pathway,p27KIP1,NF-κB,AP-1,MITF,but the mechanism is not clear.Lower cellular expression level of HINT1 in some tumor cells may be related to promoter hypermethylation of HINT1.Here is to make a review of the current research advances of molecular structure,promoter hypermethylation,effect of inhibiting tumor and mechanism of HINT1.
