摘要
1-磷酸鞘氨醇(S1P)是鞘磷脂代谢的中间产物之一。血浆中的S1P主要是以与脂蛋白结合的形式存在的。S1P主要有5种受体,在内皮细胞、血管平滑肌细胞及心肌细胞均有广泛表达。S1P主要通过与细胞表面的特定受体(S1PR)结合而发挥广泛的生物学效应,如血管内皮保护、抑制平滑肌细胞迁移、心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的保护、抑制黏附分子表达等。心血管系统的发育、动脉粥样硬化、心肌缺血/再灌注损伤等病理生理过程,均有S1P的参与。
Sphingosine1-phosphate(S1P) is one of the intermediate products of the metabolism of sphingomyelins.S1P mainly exists in lipoprotein-bound form in plasma.It has five kinds of specific receptors.They are widely expressed in endothelial cells,vascular smooth muscle cells and cardiac myocytes.Mainly through specific cell surface receptors(of S1P receptor,the combination of S1PR) S1P plays a wide range of biological effects,such as vascular endothelial protection,inhibition of smooth muscle cell migration,myocardial ischemia / reperfusion injury protection,and inhibition of the expression of adhesion molecules.The development of the cardiovascular system,the pathophysiological process of atherosclerosis and myocardial ischemia / reperfusion injury all involve the effects of S1P.
