摘要 关节软骨损伤是一种常见疾病,可以导致关节疼痛、肿胀,并加速骨关节炎的发生。由于软骨缺乏血运,本身不含祖细胞,损伤后自身很难修复或再生。常规的非手术疗法无法完全消除疼痛和长久修复软骨功能。目前,多种手术治疗方法已经应用于关节软骨的修复与再生,如骨髓刺激方法、软骨移植方法、软骨再生等,并且已经取得了不同的临床效果。 Articular cartilage(AC) injury is a common disorder,which can cause mechanical symptoms such as swelling and pain,and also can accelerate the progression to osteoarthritis.Due to its avascular nature and absence of progenitor cells,articular cartilage does not have access to the body's healing mechanisms and has a very low capacity for regeneration.General clinical nonoperative treatment of the diseased or injured cartilage does not sufficiently restore long-term function and relieve joint pain.At present,numerous operative techniques have been employed to repair or regenerate the cartilage defects with varying degrees of success,including bone marrow stimulation,cartilage repair,and cartilage regeneration.
