丙戊酸钠联合喹硫平治疗双相抑郁患者生活质量的随访观察

A Follow-up Study the Quality of Life of Bipolar Depression Patients Treated with Sodium Valproate Combining Quetiapine

目的探讨丙戊酸钠联合喹硫平对双相抑郁患者生活质量的影响。方法采用生活满意度量表(LSR)、社会功能缺陷筛选表(SDSS)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和不良反应症状量表(TESS)对121例双相抑郁患者进行评定。结果治疗1年后,两组转躁率比较差异有统计学意义,HAMD、TESS评分比较差异无统计学意义,LSR比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),SDSS在婚姻职能、社会性退缩、家庭外社会活动、家庭内活动过少、家庭职能、个人生活自理、对外界兴趣、责任心和计划性方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论丙戊酸钠联合喹硫平治疗双相抑郁患者的生活质量效果较好。

Objective To explore the effects on the quality of bipolar depression patients＇ life with sodium valproate combining quetiapine in the treatment.Methods The life satisfaction rating scale（LSR）,the social disability screening schedule（SDSS）,Hamilton rating scale for depression（HRSD）,the positive and negative symptoms scale（PANSS） and the treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS） were used to assess 121 bipolar depression patients.Results LSR scores（P 0.05 or P 0.01） and the switching to mania rate of the two groups showed significant difference one year post-treatment,while HRSD,TESS scores had no significant difference,scores of SDSS on marriage functions,social withdrawal,social activities,family activities,family functions,personal care,interest of the outside,conscientiousness and planning showed statistically significant difference（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.Conclusion Treatments with sodium valproate combining quetiapine have good effects on bipolar depression patients＇ quality of life.
