摘要
通过改进电池电极的结构、材料与制造工艺,提高了铅酸蓄电池的重量比能量和大倍率放电性能。经大量对比实验,获得了适合于轻型铅酸蓄电池的板栅合金。实验结果表明,所研制的轻型铅酸蓄电池的重量比能量可以达到 45wh/kg,用电化学表面侵蚀的压孔式板栅是本研究的一个重要创新点。
The weight specific capacity and high-rate discharging performance are increased by means of improving the structure, material and production process. Through lots of comparing experiments, the grid alloys for light lead-acid batteries are obtained. The experiment results show that weight specific energy of the light lead-acid batteries prepared is able to reach 45Wh/kg, and the use of hole-pressed grid eroded by electrochemical method is the important creative point.
