低碳约束下广东地区工业战略产业选择

The Industrial Strategy Industry Choice of Guangdong Against Low Carbon

本文将碳生产力和碳强度竞争力两个低碳指标纳入传统的战略产业选择指标体系中,利用Weaver-Thomas模型对广东地区工业进行战略产业选择;并结合广东"十二五"规划和工业的发展情况,对模型结果进行调整,最终选择出符合广东低碳经济发展条件的工业战略产业。本文的结果表明:广东若在保持经济发展的同时实现节能减排的目标,不仅要对传统优势产业进行技术改造和升级,还要大力发展新型产业,全面优化产业结构。

This paper adds carbon productivity and carbon intensity to the traditional strategic industry selection index system and selects the strategic industries of Guangdong by Weaver- Thomas model with the adjustment according to the 12th five - year plan and the development of industry. Eventually this paper se- lects proper industrial strategic industries which meet the requirements of low carbon economy development in Guangdong. The result shows that keeping economic development along with achieving the goal of energy con- servation and emissions reduction needs not only renovating and u tage industry but also developing the new industry and optimizing pgrading the technology of traditional advan- industrial structure comprehensively.
