摘要
对热油泵机械密封泄露进行了分析,介绍了机械密封原理;通过机械密封故障的分析找到了解决措施。目前,改造后的热油泵运行平稳,达到了预期效果,确保了装置的安全生产。
From the safe operation of petrochemical hot oil pump, the leakage reasons of hot oil pump sealing was analyzed. Through analyzing the mechanical seal failure of the heat oil pump, improving the flush cooling system, eventually a good effect and economic benefits was made.
