月季内生真菌分离及抗黑斑病活性菌株的筛选 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]分离并筛选具有抗黑斑病活性的内生真菌。[方法]从陕西省西安、咸阳、宝鸡、渭南4个地点采集各种类型的健康月季品种,从茎和叶组织中分离内生真菌并通过转接2~3次进行纯化,采用改良的打孔法筛选对黑斑病病原菌有拮抗作用的内生真菌。[结果]共分离获得月季内生真菌67株,其中咸阳采集的样品内生菌的定殖率和分离率最高;月季的茎段内生真菌的定殖率和分离率明显高于叶片。从67株内生真菌中筛选出3株具有抗黑斑病活性的内生菌菌株,并且全部来自宝鸡。[结论]为进一步筛选生防真菌的候选菌株及环境友好型真菌生物防治奠定了基础。 [Objective] The aim was to isolate and screen the endophytic fungi with activity to blank spot disease.[Method] Various kinds of healthy Rosa chinensis varieties collected from Xi’an,Xianyang,Baoji and Weinan were as materials,and endophytic fungi were isolated from the stem and leaves of the R.chinensis and then purified through 2-3 times transferring.Endophytic fungi with activity to blank spot disease were screened by using improved punching method.[Result] Total 67 strains of endophytic fungi were obtained,and the samples collected from Xianyang had the highest colonization rate and isolation rate;the colonization rate and isolation rate of endophytic fungi from the stem of R.chinensis were obviously higher than those from the leaf of R.chinensis.In the 67 strains,there were three strains to have activity to blank spot disease,and they were all from Baoji.[Conclusion] The research results lay the basis for further screening bio-control candidates of fungi and biological control of environment-friendly fungi.
