高起伏地表条件下贵州省村庄用地整治潜力及影响因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 贵州地表起伏度大,山高坡陡,沟壑纵横,耕地紧张,村庄整治是解决农村居民点用地浪费、居住环境差和增加耕地面积的重要措施,土地整治潜力分析与影响因素研究是土地合理利用的必要前提。该研究通过预测贵州农业人口的变化规律及理论建设面积,结合现状村庄面积,得出新增耕地的潜力,并揭示各影响因素影响力的大小。结果表明:自2003年以来贵州各个地区农业人口一直表现为逐渐减少的趋势,且具有明显的线性关系;在未来10年,农业人口将会继续减少,农村耕地整治潜力在20万hm2左右,人均新增耕地面积将达到0.018~0.022 hm2;高起伏地表条件下耕地整治潜力的主要影响因素为建设用地指标缺口、地方年财政收入和土层厚度。 Guizhou surface relief degree is big with high and steep mountains,ravines aspect,arable land absence,so village renovation is the solution of rural residential land waste,poor living environment and the important measures to increase the arable land area,land reclamation potential analysis and influence factors research are the necessary premise of rational land use.The cultivated land potential and influence factors were obtained through forecasting Guizhou agricultural population change rule and construction area combined the status of the village area.The results showed that the agricultural population of various regions in Guizhou gradually reduced since 2003 with a obvious linear relationship;the agricultural population will continue to reduce in the next 10 years;rural land renovation potential is about 200 000 hm2 and arable land per capita is about 0.018-0.022 hm2;The main influencing factors of cultivated land renovation potential contain construction land index,local fiscal revenue,thickness of soil layer.
