基于DPSIR模型的开发区土地集约利用研究——以日照市高新技术产业开发区为例

Study on Intensive Land Use Based on DPSIR Model——A Case of Rizhao High-tech Industrial Development Zone

运用驱动力-压力-状态-影响-响应(DPSIR)模型,以日照市高新技术产业开发区为例进行开发区土地集约节约利用研究,构建集约利用评价指标体系,并从空间与时间两个方面进行横向与纵向的对比分析。结果表明,日照市高新技术产业开发区的土地集约利用度值为60.47,相对较低,还存在很大的潜力。

By using driving force-pressure-state-impact-response DPSIR model,with Rizhao high-tech industrial development zone as example,the land intensive economical use was studied,the intensive utilization index system was constructed,horizontal and longitudinal comparative analysis was conducted from space and time.The results showed that the intensive use of land in the development zone is 60.47,which is relatively low and has a large potential.
