农产品供应链知识共享的影响因素分析——一个概念模型

Influencing Factors Analysis of Knowledge Sharing in Agricultural Products Supply Chain——A Conceptual Model

知识共享作为知识管理的核心,是国内外学者的研究热点,供应链中的知识共享问题也日益受到重视。笔者结合我国农产品供应链的特点,从共享主体、共享客体、共享渠道、共享情境4个方面分析农产品供应链知识共享的主要影响因素,构建影响因素的概念模型,为后续动力学建模仿真和实证研究奠定基础。

As the core contents of knowledge management,knowledge sharing（KS） has become a research hotspot,KS in supply chain（SC） has also been concerned.Combining with the characteristics of agricultural products supply chain（ASC） in China,the relevant influencing factors of KS in ASC were analyzed from 4 aspects（sharing subjects,sharing objects,sharing channels,sharing context）,and the conceptual model of influencing factors of KS in ASC was designed,which will provide theoretical basis for following empirical study and simulating study by system dynamics.
