为提高食品机械与设备课程的教学效果,针对农林院校食品科学与工程的专业特色,对食品机械与设备课程的教学目标、知识体系及教学方法进行改革,探索如何有效提高食品机械与设备课程教学效果为兄弟院校教学改革提供参考和交流。

To improve teaching effectiveness of the course of Food Machinery and Equipment,according to characteristics of the major of Food Science and Engineering in Agriculture-forestry universities and colleges,some innovations were carried out base on teaching objectives,knowledge system and teaching method.These reform measures could be as some references for other agriculture-forestry universities and colleges.
