摘要
采用2011年湖北省新生代农民本土就业调查数据,运用Logistic回归模型对新生代农民本土就业的影响因素进行了定量分析。结果表明,个人因素、家庭因素、外部因素的不同方面均对新生代农民就业状况有重要影响。主要表现在男性相对于女性、个人主动留守相对于被动留守更容易就业;身体素质越好、受教育程度越高、技术水平越高、接受过有针对性培训的新生代农民就业的概率更大;家庭经济状况越好的新生代农民越容易就业;社会保障制度对新生代农民就业也有一定的影响。
By using the logistic model, a quantitative analysis on factors affecting local employment of new generation farmer based on the survey data of Hubei province in 2011 was made. The results indicated that factors such as individual charac- teristics, family and external factors had significant influences on employment of new generation farmer. New generation of male farmers were more likely to be employed than the female. Meanwhile compared with people who had been left-behind reluctantly, those who left-behind willingly had a better chance of getting a job. New generation farmers with a higher level of physical quality, educational level, skill and specific training, had more chances to be employed. Those who had better living standards were more easily to be employed. In addition, social security systems had significant influences on the em- ployment of new generation farmer.
