陕西关中地区农用地流转对粮食产量的影响

Effect of Agricultural Land Transfer on Grain Yield in Guanzhong of Shaanxi

农用地流转是当今农村改革政策中的重点和热点。关于农用地流转对粮食产量的影响效应已有大量研究报道,但多以规范性分析为主,定量分析的较少。利用2011年在陕西关中地区调查的221份样本,结合修正的C-D生产模型,分析了农用地流转对单位面积粮食产量的影响效应。结果表明,在陕西关中地区,不规范的农用地流转对单位面积粮食产量具有显著负效应;各类农用地投入要素对粮食单产均有显著正效应。

At present agricultural land transfer is a key and hot point in rural reform policies. The effect of agricultural land transfer on grain yield was being paid more attention, but normative analysis was focused on, quantitative analysis was paid less attention. Based on 221 samples in Guanzhong, Shaanxi province collected by field survey and the rectified C-D func- tion, the effect of agricultural land transfer on grain yield per unit area was analyzed. The result showed that, there was a negative effect of agricultural land transfer to grain yield and all investment factors chosen had a significant positive effect on grain yield per unit area in Guanzhong, Shaanxi province.
